The voucher can be redeemed during online room reservations on the www.hotelpalota.hu website, as well as for services used in our restaurant and wellness department when paying on site.
We can ensure the use of the above services in accordance with the current official regulations.
It is not possible to redeem the voucher, it cannot be exchanged for cash, neither for the hotel nor for third parties. The gift voucher cannot be transferred or resold for a consideration,
cannot be put into secondary circulation (including sales on the auction site). The voucher can be used until the expiry date, we cannot extend it. If the voucher is not used, there is no way to refund money or use services.
