The voucher can only be used on Sundays, except during holidays.
We can ensure the use of the above services in accordance with the current official regulations.
The gift voucher cannot be used during the excluded periods, even with the payment of a surcharge. It is not possible to redeem the voucher, it cannot be exchanged for cash, neither for the hotel nor for third parties. The gift voucher cannot be transferred, resold, or put into secondary circulation (including sales on the auction site) in exchange for a consideration. The voucher can be used until the expiry date, we cannot extend it. If the voucher is not used, there is no way to refund money or use services.
